Neonpale is an AI-native app studio in Aotearoa New Zealand, where humans use AI with discernment and taste to amplify the product experience as well as to uphold the craft in a faster build.
The small corners of life rarely got their own software, because before AI the cost of building was a real barrier. That barrier is gone. What sets good software apart now is not who can afford to build it, but how well it's made. A product that solves a real problem, made with genuine care, is the one that lasts. That is what we are here to make.

What is Neonpale?
Neonpale is an AI-native app studio in Aotearoa New Zealand, founded in May 2026. We make intuitive apps for the moments in everyday life that never had the right tool. AI is part of how we build, used with discernment rather than as a feature for its own sake.
What apps does Neonpale make?
One so far. Intentions is our first app, a daily intentions practice for iOS, currently in closed beta. It is built around a morning intention with a single anchor moment, an evening reflection, and AI-generated insights over weeks, months, and quarters.
Who are Neonpale's apps for?
Today, individuals. Intentions is one small corner, for individual growth. Beyond that, we are exploring four more areas of everyday life: families, schools, small businesses, and communities. The places people get through a day, with one another and with themselves.
Is Intentions available?
Intentions is in closed beta on iOS, with an open beta planned. The closed beta is currently invite-only. When the open beta launches, we will announce it on neonpale.com and on the Intentions site at daily-intentions.app.
Who is behind Neonpale?
Neonpale was founded in May 2026 by Marlies Koch, senior product leader, with hands-on experience across SaaS, e-commerce, and IoT.
How is Neonpale different from other app studios?
Two things. First, we are AI-native: AI is part of how we build the product as well as how we ship it, used with discernment rather than as a feature for its own sake. Second, we focus on the small corners of everyday life, the apps for moments that never had the right tool, made with care rather than scale.
