The short version

This is the privacy policy for neonpale.com, the website of Neonpale Limited. The site collects very little. When you write to us, we keep your email so we can reply. When you visit, our hosting provider logs the technical basics needed to serve the page. That is all.

Each Neonpale app has its own privacy notice covering what that app does. This page covers only the website itself.

What this website collects

When you write to us. Emails sent to ask-us-anything@neonpale.com are received and read. We keep your email so we can reply to you. If you write again, we can refer back to the earlier conversation. We do not use these emails for marketing.

When you visit. This site is served through Cloudflare. As part of delivering the site, Cloudflare logs basic technical information: IP address, browser type, page requested, timing. This is the standard server log information any hosting provider records. We use Cloudflare's defaults; we have not added analytics, cookies, or third-party trackers.

There are no cookies, no advertising, and no third parties receiving your information.

Our apps

Each Neonpale app has its own privacy notice. This studio policy does not cover what those apps collect. For Intentions, see daily-intentions.app/privacy. As we publish new apps, each will link its own notice from its product page.

Where we operate

Neonpale operates under the laws of New Zealand. The NZ Privacy Act 2020 applies, including IPP3A (in force from 1 May 2026) which governs indirect collection of personal information. Disputes about this website's privacy practices are resolved under NZ jurisdiction.

We do not represent compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation, the UK GDPR, or other regional regulations. If you use this site from outside New Zealand, our compliance representations do not extend to you.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct information that is wrong
• Have it deleted if there is no lawful reason for us to keep it

If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the New Zealand Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that affects what we collect or how we use it, we will note the change here, update the date below, and give reasonable notice of material changes.
